113 Industries is proud to announce the creation of the Council of Innovators, a collection of seasoned professionals who have all been directly involved in launching products that have reached $100 million or more in sales for companies like The Coca-Cola Company, Ocean Spray, Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, GOJO, Nestlé, and more.

The Council of Innovators meets quarterly to participate in design thinking workshops where they have creative discussions to help fuel product ideas for our clients based on insights generated by 113 projects using our AI-based consumer behavior modeling.

Meet the members of 113’s Council of Innovators:

Walt Wdowiak
Walt has an accomplished track record in new product development and marketing research with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles at Del Monte Foods, T Rowe Price, Sara Lee, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Ainsworth Pet Nutrition. In his tenure at Ainsworth, Walt was responsible for the design, development and launch of over $500 million in new products—leading the growth of the Rachael Ray Nutrish pet products brand.
Michele Carrabotta
Michele is a global strategic partner, trailblazer and creative thinker with an astute ability to translate business needs into actionable, innovative solutions. She has steered Consumer-Driven Innovation, Strategy and Growth at a global level for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Unilever, PepsiCo, Wrigley Company, and The Coca-Cola Company. In her consulting work, Michele enrolls organizations to think differently and innovate with purpose.
Paul Stajduhar
Paul is a global marketing and strategy executive with success commercializing new products and recapturing market share in the consumer goods space. He spent 22 years at Ocean Spray, where he most recently served as Chief Global Growth Officer & Global Chief Marketing Officer. He led global brand marketing and new product activities with a 45-member marketing team including brand management, innovation, consumer Insights, international marketing, and brand communications.
Fabienne Jacquet
Fabienne has held diverse leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies for more than 30 years as a scientist and marketer. She currently serves as Founder & CEO of INNOVEVE, an innovation consulting firm that helps organizations tap into the feminine side of their business to capitalize on the $20 trillion female economy and optimize their capabilities using the human lens. She has also written the book “Venus Genius: The Female Prescription for Innovation” scheduled for publication in 2020.
Mark Lancia
Mark is an accomplished marketing, innovation, and business development executive with a track record of driving sustainable growth across a range of CPG, retail, higher education, and health technology businesses. He has managed, supported, and led innovations that have collectively generated over $1 billion in annual revenues within their first three years. He currently leads global consumer marketing for the healthy sleep solutions portfolio at Philips North America.
Arif Sitabkhan
Arif is a creative, highly motivated and strategically-minded global Innovation Leader & New Product Development expert with over 20 years of experience in driving and leading teams through identifying, conceptualizing, validating and launching new products. In his tenures at World Kitchen and Nestlé, he helped to build a long-term innovation pipeline and portfolio, identify opportunities within transformative spaces, and develop innovation strategies to transform and grow brands.
Sandy Katz
Sandy is a seasoned executive and corporate officer with extensive sales and marketing leadership in both Consumer and B2B companies. He has had the opportunity to lead numerous brand teams—including the OTC and Oral Care Groups at GlaxoSmithKline, as well as serving as Chief Marketing Officer at GOJO Industries as they launched the hand sanitizer category and established PURELL as the category-defining brand.
Grace Fenix
Grace has 30 years of Fortune 500 experience as Global Head of Insights and Analytics for Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and HP Inc. Pioneering and innovative at heart, she identified and navigated businesses towards multi-billion dollar growth opportunities while based in Asia, Europe, and North America. A truth miner, people mover, business and thought leader, she most recently founded Big Robin, a freelance e-marketplace to democratize access and be a harbinger of ethical and proper use and application of big data, research, and AI to better the world.
