113 Industries’ CDDI Pi service is a with Watson verified service. Our service includes a tool built on IBM Watson Personality Insights Service.
It is well-accepted in psychology, marketing and other fields that human language reflects personality, thinking style, social connections and emotional states. Several researchers have found that word usage in one’s writings, such as blogs, essays, and tweets correlates with personality. These findings and a growing amount of research in these fields form the basis of IBM Watson Personality Insights Service. The service uses linguistic analytics to infer personality and social characteristics, including Big Five, Needs, and Values, from text. The latest release uses GloVe (Global Vectors for Word Representation), an unsupervised learning algorithm for obtaining vector representations for words instead of LIWC (Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count) which is based on a-priori (pre-defined) categorization of words into categories.
We leverage IBM Watson Personality Insights Service and combine it with the latest research into how personality drives consumer behavior. This enables us to provide Marketing teams information they have never had to help them segment their consumers, position their products, create better messaging, develop sales offers, and product extensions aligning these programs with the underlying values, behaviors and personalities of cohorts of interest. They can also use this service to compare with a competitor brand and target a new consumer segment.
